  • • Include abstract (150-250 words)
  • • 3-6 keywords
  • • Maximum 8 pages for full papers
  • • PDF submission only

Review Process

  • • Double-blind peer review
  • • 2-3 reviewers per paper
  • • 4-week review period
  • • Authors notified by email
  • • Accepted papers published in proceedings

Important:

All submissions must be original, unpublished work. Simultaneous submission to other conferences is not permitted.

Common Questions

Can I submit multiple papers?

Yes, but each requires separate registration. First paper included in Faculty & Researchers registration fee.

What if my paper is accepted?

You'll need to submit camera-ready version by 2nd April 2026. At least one author must register.

Can I present virtually?

Yes! Virtual presentations are available. Indicate your preference during submission.

Are there student awards?

Yes! Best Student Paper and Best Student Poster awards will be given.

What's the word limit?

Abstract: 150-250 words. Full papers: maximum 8 pages including references.
